Many of my pieces touch on the fragility and impermanence of time. While we are able to preserve feelings and emotions, each moment we live slips away with the passing of time. This realisation has become my greatest reminder to appreciate every second life gives me, taking in all its joys and sorrows.

 

Through this body of work, I am searching for ways to transfer onto the canvas the feelings and memories of the nature and people that populated the very beginning of my journey in Argentina. They are reflections on the slow, peaceful days at my grandparents farm (la chacra de los nonos), walks on the hills in Córdoba, small places that remains in my memories and in my heart. They are a tribute to all that shaped me into the person I am today.
